Need To Know.
Deposits
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required by Zelle within the first hour of booking. Booking will be cancelled if deposit is not received at the deadline. The deposit will go towards the total on the day of service and remaining balance will be paid by Zelle or cash
Cancellation
A 24-Hour notice is required prior to cancelling or rescheduling appointment.

Late Arrivals
A 15 minute grace period is granted after original appointment time. If you arrive later than 15 minute, a late fee of $10 will be applied to your total service.
NO CALL NO SHOW will not be accepted. You will be turned away for future appointments.
Refund
If you are dissatisfied with something during your appointment, please communicate your concerns with me before leaving. I will try and accommodate as best as I can. Once you leave I will no longer be liable.
Service Notice
Braiding hair is provided in natural colors only. Natural colors are: (1) Black, (1B) Natural Black, (2) Natural Brown, (4) Brown.
Updated changes to services will need to be notified at least 3 days before your appointment. Any changes brought to my attention the day of services will be charged an additional accommodation fee $10. *Bundles are purchased by clients for boho/curl styles*.
